I work with small and medium-sized service businesses across NZ when something important needs to be sorted, built or delivered.
That might mean setting up a new service, managing a project, rebuilding systems and processes, providing temporary senior management or helping a growing team work out how things should actually operate.
I don’t just give you a list of recommendations and leave you to it. I get involved, work with your people and take responsibility for getting the work done.
My experience spans general management, operations, HR, systems and brand across not-for-profit and for-profit organisations, including health and community services. I’ve worked on everything from turning around a small charity facing closure to re-building a rapidly growing health service operating under a multi-million-dollar contract.

Over a Decade of Experience.
I have more than a decade of experience across general management, operations, HR, systems and brand, working in both not-for-profit and for-profit organisations.
I’ve project-managed the set up of brand new services, established and implemented an interprofessional health clinic for health students, rebuilt operations for a rapidly growing health provider, and completely overhauled a small charity that was facing closure. I’ve also rebuilt a provider’s entire policy and procedures suite, enabling them to pursue accreditation around two years earlier than expected.
I’m practical, comfortable with complexity and happy getting into the detail. My job is to take something that needs fixing, building or delivering and move it forward. When I leave, your business keeps working because I've trained everyone and written it all down. I know I’ve done my job well when you no longer need me.

Every business is different, so I start by understanding what is actually happening, what needs to change and what needs to be delivered. From there, I work with the people involved to create a clear plan, take responsibility for the work and keep things moving. I might be managing a project, rebuilding a process, setting up a new service, sorting out systems or providing senior operational support. Often it is a combination of these things. I work alongside your existing team rather than creating another layer for them to manage. And I document what we build, so your team can keep things running after I leave.
