I work across operations, HR, strategy, service design and systems — because in small to mid-sized service organisations, none of these things exist in isolation. I understand the realities of service delivery, compliance, people risk and the pressure of contract accountability. I've supported start-ups building their basics, right through to fully remote teams of 30 across NZ, managing multi-million-dollar budgets.

With a background in physiotherapy, a discipline grounded in systems working in coordination, as well as over a decade of experience across management, operations, HR, systems and brand, I see business as a living system, where every element should support and strengthen the others. I bring structure where it's missing, stillness where there's noise, and momentum where things have stalled.
The goal is to restore order and build the clarity your business needs to run on its own — so you can look around one day, see that it's all working, and finally exhale. I don't create dependency. When I leave, your business keeps working because I’ve trained everyone and written it all down. I know I’ve done my job well when I make myself redundant.
